Diabetes Handprint, sponsored by One Touch, created by TuDiabetes, is a project that asks you to write one word on the palm of your hand that describes what Diabetes means to you. You can then upload your picture where it is added to a mosaic of other pictures from around the world.
For every picture they receive, $5 will be donated to Diabetes Education and Camping Association or Taking Control of Your Diabetes. The choice is yours.
Amanda & I made ours yesterday. Although I am the PWD, Amanda also has to deal with it. I know how hard it is for her. We had many ideas and many words but finally came up with just one. Here is our helping hand.
